We got up early this morning to catch our flight. A nice easy flight out of Charlotte with a layover in Phoenix, AZ destined for San Jose, CA.
We had to get there early so we could get thru security with our friend. A Pelican case with hand cut foam, as we were tossing it on arrival and not airport issues. All cavity searches clean. Can that be said? Thankfully, he was quiet the whole trip.
In San Jose, we were without transportation so we got to walk around all day. Close to our hotel, The Arena Hotel, we found the HP Arena, Adobe and a Technology Museum. All were pretty unimpressive.
We had a fantastic Mexican Dinner at La Pinata followed-up with a couple more beers at Britannia Arms. What’s that you say? Of course they can pour Guinness? NOT!
