{"id":36,"date":"2011-08-29T15:37:15","date_gmt":"2011-08-29T19:37:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/splinteredzen.com\/?p=36"},"modified":"2011-09-04T22:41:04","modified_gmt":"2011-09-05T02:41:04","slug":"electric-distribution","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/splinteredzen.com\/?p=36","title":{"rendered":"Electric Distribution"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Finally went with the <a title=\"PC-8\" href=\"http:\/\/easternbeaver.com\/Main\/Products\/Fuseboxes\/PC-8\/body_pc-8.html\">PC-8<\/a>!\u00a0 Ordered it directly from EasternBeaver.<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright\" title=\"PC-8\" src=\"http:\/\/easternbeaver.com\/Main\/Products\/Fuseboxes\/PC-8\/top-open.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"148\" height=\"186\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I looked at the Centec and <a title=\"Fuzeblock\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fuzeblocks.com\/\">Fuzeblock <\/a>Fz-1.\u00a0 I didn&#8217;t really consider the Centec after review, but the Fz-1 was a close runner-up.\u00a0 I only skipped on it because the board mounted relay.<\/p>\n<p>I opted for the 50 Amp PC-8.\u00a0 Even with only 20 allocated, always better to\u00a0have and not need, etc.<\/p>\n<p>The PC-8 mounted cleanly in the tool tray.\u00a0 Now, blogging about it, I wonder if it could be\u00a0strapped to the bottom of the tool tray.\u00a0 That research will have to wait.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve got the PIAA lights and two USB ports running of the PC-8 at present.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Finally went with the PC-8!\u00a0 Ordered it directly from EasternBeaver.
